Exams are a stressful time for everybody. There's the lack of sleep, term project deadlines, studying to do, the list goes on and on. I'm so close to the end that I'm almost excited (We wouldn't want to jinx it now, would we?). With the amount of stress that I'm dealing with, its important to take care of my body, starting off with a healthy breakfast. This time of the year it's the best for pomegranates. They're simply delicious and packed full of good nutrients for you! They contain high amounts of antioxidants and are good for supporting the immune system. I like to start my day off with a handful of them in a clear glass of sparkling water.
